Using this feature may interfere with exposure timing. However, your Promote Control is capable of determining when your camera has Long Exposure Noise Reduction turned on. In that case, your Promote Control will wait after taking every image that is longer than 1 second. A message on the Promote Control screen will read: "Long Exposure NR", and a time remaining to complete this step will be displayed.
Promote Control will attempt to check if camera has its Long Exposure Noise Reduction setting enabled, and will reflect it in its own "LeNR" setting found on the bottom of the Promote Control screen. Note that you may disable Promote Control from doing this check, and you will then have to manually control the "LeNR" setting on the Promote Control. See Setup Menu section for more information on the Enable camera settings check/sync Setup setting.
If the "LeNR" setting displays "N/A", it means the "Long Exposure Noise Reduction" functionality is not available with the current mode and settings. If the Promote Control "LeNR" feature reads "N/A", please make sure your camera has Long Exposure Noise Reduction feature disabled, as it may affect correct Promote Control functionality.
