Troubleshooting Meta35

1. Operating System: Meta35 requires OS X 10.9 to 10.12 inclusive. Windows 7 SP1 or later.
2. Cameras: Meta35 works with Nikon N90/F90, N90s/F90x, F100, F5, F6; Canon 1V, Minolta Maxxum 7 and 9.
3. Cable: Please check that you have the required cable or card reader.
4. Connections: Please check all connections are secure and that the camera to cable connectors are properly aligned. The is a cable alignment mark on most camera bodies.
5. Software Installation: Please make sure your Mac security allow third party applications.
6. If all of the above conditions are met please send us a support ticket - include operating system, camera model and enough information to allow us to reproduce your issue.
7. Rewind and remove film from camera before changing custom settings or downloading data.
8. Use images with file extension .jpg or .tif not .tiff.
