Mac doesn't see GH4/GX8

1. Put SD card in GH4/GX8.
2. Put camera in PTP Mode.
3. Power off camera.
4. Attach camera via USB cable directly to computer. Do not use hub.
6. Power on camera.
7. Leave camera On, reboot Mac

Note make sure your OS X is supported and that you are using latest version of USB Tether
